ISF (Informative System of the Firm) is modulary system which covers productional and economical part of small and middle sized production organization processes. Production part manages sources and processes, their support inside informative system. Economical part is oriented especially on sale and documents managing (bills, invoices).

Main modules are:

• Suppliers – base material suppliers' agenda.

• Base material – warehouse of base material.
• Products – list of products. For each product there is defined composition (base materials or different products) and their prices.
• Customers – customers' agenda.
• Orders – orders from customers for each day. From orders comes out production = production process as same as invoicing part (bills and invoices) = economical part of the system.
• Production – base documents for production process.
• Bills
• Invoices

Structure of modules is shown on following picture.

Not all the information is designate to all employees. Some information can be seen or changed by concrete people. Storemen should not change the prices for final customers as same as invoice clerk has no reason to change the composition of the product. From this reason were implemented rights. Rights can be set for each module. Base rights in ISF are:

1. Read data in module.

2. Change data.

3. Add new row into module.

4. Delete row.

Rights can be set for particular users on particular modules directly or using so-called Groups.
